Signing up for FDR services is fast and easy.
Let FDR lessen the burden of the individual sign-up process with each fund database and manage the monthly process of reporting to as many as 21 institutional databases.
To get started:
1. Simply complete the form to the right (Database Reporting Sign-up) and upload your fund DDQ (due-diligence questionnaire) if available, your Fund’s Offering Memorandum (ppm, prospectus) and your Fund’s Pitchbook (powerpoint presentation or marketing document) – Alternatively we can go over all the necessary information over the phone.
2. Next you select the service you require and complete the payment as instructed [here].
3. We will contact you shortly afterwards to confirm receipt of the payment and of the payment and begin the database reporting process.
After you have completed the sign-up process we will proceed to register your fund with each fund database in the service package you selected. Moving forward you will be required to either complete our online “Submit Your Data” form or add us to your monthly performance distribution list.
